BGG Group, including TecnoGen Spa (a leading international manufacturer of Generators) to focus on growth in the North American equipment market. The companies finalized the acquisition of their exclusive dealer in North America, FTG Equipment Solutions. This move enables complete vertical integration from production through distribution.
